The Owner cares about complying with the Personal Data protection laws and how we process or collect any Users personal information.

The purpose of this policy is to help inform you about any and all data of yours that may be collected and processed while you use Cavern Jumper (“Application”) or interact with the Owner voluntarily (e.g. - email) about this Application. The primary service this Application collects your Personal Data for use with is Advertising through Third-Party Advertisers, and the details of this data are contained below.

 

Types of Data Being Collected:

The types of Personal Data possibly collected while using this app are (i) Usage Data, (ii) Unique Device Identifiers for advertising purposes, and (iii) Cookies.

Personal Data may be either voluntarily given by the User (e.g. - email), or collected automatically while using our Application (e.g. - Usage Data).

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all Data requested by this Application is required, and not providing this Data would make it impossible for the Application to provide the services we desire. We do not perform any services inside the Application that would request any Personal Data that is not included in this required Data.

Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.

Any use of Cookies by the owner of the third-party services used by this Application, serves the purpose of providing the Advertising Service required.

Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

 

Processing of Data:

In the case of automatically provided Personal Data (e.g. - usage data), the Application automatically shares this data with the third-party services which require that data be provided.

In the case of voluntarily provided Personal Data (e.g. - email), the Owner takes all appropriate security measures to prevent disclosure, modification, or unauthorized access or destruction of the Data. This Data is processed using computers which are reasonably kept up to date with current security measures. This voluntary Personal Data is viewed by the Owner only, and never shared with any third parties unless required by law.

The Owner processes voluntary Personal Data only so far as is reasonable to assist with the following: (i) Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes. (e.g. - User reaches out directly about the Application), (ii) Provision of Data is necessary for the performance of some agreement with the User. (e.g. - The Owner requires more information to reasonably follow up with the User for some purpose), (iii) Processing is necessary for compliance with the legal obligation to which the Owner is subject, and (iv) Processing is necessary for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the owner of a third party.

Personal Data will only be processed and stored for as long as is required by the purpose for which they have been collected for.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Person Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. The Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so by law.

Personal Data shall be deleted as soon as reasonably possible once the need for the Personal Data is no longer needed.

 

Purpose of Data Processing:

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Service, comply with its legal obligations, protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties), as well as for Advertising.

Third-Party Advertising service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests. This does not mean that all Personal Data is used for this purpose.

User Rights:

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner, such as the following: (i) Access Data - Users have the right to learn if Data is being processed by the Owner. (ii) Correct Data - Users have the right to verify the accuracy of their Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected. (iii) Delete Data - Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of their Data from the Owner. (iv) Lodge Complaints - Users have the right to bring a claim before their competent data protection authority. (v) Restrict Data Processing - Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of their Data. In this case, the Owner will not process their Data for any purpose other than storing it. (vi) Withdraw Consent - Users have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of their Personal Data at any time.

Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the email provided at the top of this document, and will be addressed by the Owner as early as reasonably possible.

 

Additional Information:

The User's Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Owner in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related Services, and the User declares to be aware that the Owner may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.

In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular Services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request.

This Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests. To determine whether any of the third-party services it uses honor the “Do Not Track” requests, please read their privacy policies.

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying its Users on this page. Refer to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom.
